| How Do I Return an Item? |

All Orders are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
You may return a book or apparel sold by High Ground Productions within 30 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you book or apparel is damaged, we will be happy to exchange it. Please Click here to email a request for an RA number. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, Click here to notify us of your problem. We will respond to your issue within 1 business day.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
